We do use Google Analytics on this website in order to see how the website performs, where visitors come from, and what pages they browse to. When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

Who we share your data with
This site uses Stripe to process credit and debit card payments. All sensitive payment card information is encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software available and is sent to the bank for instant authorisation via the Stripe network of payment gateways.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Our contact information
If you have any questions or queries about anything outlined, please email our data privacy officer Vanessa Bracegirdle (firstname.lastname@example.org) or write to us on the above address.
How we protect your data
We ensure that your data is protected through the website by utilising HTTPS communication between the server and any devices that connect to the site.
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Stripe’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Stripe are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Stripe’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
What data breach procedures we have in place
We utilise a firewall to protect logins to the website. This automatically blocks IP addresses that fail to log into the website after a number of failed login attempts. We are also notified upon any successful logins by website administrators.
